The »Mochi« team now offers classes in the preparation of sushi, ramen and more at their professionally equipped cooking studio in Vienna’s Leopoldstadt district. Despite the very reduced interior design, the studio radiates a certain cosiness, which can be ascribed to its carefully curated details as well as the love the »Mochi« artisans put into their craft. We had the privilege of contributing some of our work to this masterful cooking space.
